The Company

Landing Electronic Corp. provides consulting services and develops business intelligence software in the financial industry. It is one of the pioneers to apply mathematical models and artificial intelligence to investment decision support. The company's commercial software products-DeepInsight(End-of-Day version, www.deepinsight.com) and CyberTD (Real-Time version) are algorithmic trading systems built on years of quantitative research into market microstructure, stock trading patterns and computer artificial intelligence. It provides investors with algorithm-based trading strategies, objective and automated analysis for stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and indices.
The programs and algorithms are used by tens of thousands of individual investors, financial professionals, hedge fund and mutual fund managers from 39 countries.

The R/D and Consulting Team

Anthony Yan:
Dr. Yan is a former analyst at New York Mercantile Exchange. He has been working on equities/commodities/futures trading systems. His research involves econometric models, matching engine algorithms and trading systems. He received the Presidential Award for his distinguished doctoral dissertation and research on economics.
He received his MS in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Economics from the State University of New York.

Constantine Manikopoulos:
Dr. Manikopoulos is a Professor of New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has been conducting researches on artificial intelligence, neural networks and adaptive control for many years. He is an author or co-author of a number of academic papers on neural networks, advanced computing and communications.
He received his Ph.D. in Physics from Princeton University.

Mark Shi:
Dr. Shi is a former quantitative analyst at Merrill Lynch. His research involves equity models, portfolio analytics, quantitative and risk analysis. Before joining Merrill Lynch, He was a NASA scientist, a member of the Space Station Research Team.
He received his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
