CyberTD provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service,
which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
CyberTD is a trading tool with interface to TD Ameritrade. THE SERVICE is provided
"AS-IS" and that either CyberTD or TD Ameritrade assumes no responsibility for any error, delay or
unavailablity.
- DISCLAIMER
By using the SERVICE, You understand and agree that:
your use of the software and the service is at your sole risk. The service
is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
It should not be assumed that past performance is any guarantee of future results.
Results obtained from CyberTD back-test are not guaranteed to be consistent with future data.
Trading stocks or ETFs involves big risks and in some instances may result in
a partial or total loss of your investment capital.
CyberTD makes no warranty that (i) THE SERVICE will meet your requirements,
(ii) THE SERVICE will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that CyberTD or any one else involved
in THE SERVICE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages,
including but not limited to, damages for
loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
